TOTAL BODY WORKOUT w/ Habibi Sport (all levels)
Take the first step to truly changing the way you move and the way you feel! This workout combines yoga, pilates, ballet and calisthenics. Each movement is fueled by a curated playlist, in temperatures that will make you sweat… and bring you ever closer to reaching your highest and healthiest potential.
INFRARED Dynamic Stretch (intermediate/advanced)
Take your stretch routine to the next level with a dynamic series of poses that will help you increase flexibility without risk for potential injury. This set sequence encourages you to breathe into each pose to release your joints, alleviate muscle tension, and boost circulation. Blocks are provided to help deepen engagements. This class effect is cumulative; continued attendance encourages lasting flexibility and tension release.
INFRARED Power Yoga II (intermediate/advanced)
If you’re bored with traditional transitions and cookie-cutter cues, this class is for you. This dynamic flow includes power balances, deep stretching engagements and inversions for a total body experience. Each sound-powered sequence is built to encourage a deeper understanding of how the body connects and moves according to it’s natural lines and abilities. Every class includes a core-focused extension, an inversion workshop, and a deep relaxation component.
