SKIN: Summer skin can be tricky. While it’s tempting to hurl your body into the summer sun without a care in the world, most of us understand and appreciate the need for a good sunblock. FITNESS: Great weather means more opportunities to get out there and move your body! You don’t have to be confined to your home or a gym or studio to get a good workout. Your workouts don’t have to be expensive or complicated to be effective. Move your body in a way that feels safe and good to you.
